What should I do if a newspaper photographer arrives at my practice?

14 August 2018

You cannot prevent a photographer from taking pictures from the public highway, but it is important to ensure patients cannot be identified and that the photographer or crew are not obstructing patient access.

You could ask the practice manager to speak to the photographer, but it's a good idea to seek advice from the MDU press office first.
