As a doctor in training your postgraduate dean will be your RO (except in Scotland, where your RO will be the medical director for NHS Education for Scotland). You will not need to collate supporting information over and above that required for your Annual Review of Competence Progression (ARCP) or Record of In-Training Assessment (RITA).
The timing of your first revalidation will depend either on your date of full registration or your expected Certificate of Completion in Training (CCT) date. The GMC says:
