Oscar Mathew
Oscar is a barrister, mediator and door tenant at Lamb Chambers in Middle Temple. He has a background in regulatory and public law, and a special interest in medical law and ethics. Prior to his work with the Medical Mediation Foundation (MMF), he was a senior legal adviser to the GMC. His work with MMF includes training and mediating healthcare teams.
Dr Esse Menson
Esse became a consultant paediatrician in 2006 and an accredited mediator in 2014. She gained a PhD in vaccine development research before qualifying as a doctor, then trained in Infectious Diseases & Immunology. In 2012, she helped develop the Evelina Resolution Project with Medical Mediation Foundation (MMF) while she was a consultant at the Evelina London Children's Hospital. She's also an MMF trainer and has extensive experience in clinical education, conflict management and compassion training.
Dr Sarah Jarvis
Sarah studied at St George's Hospital medical school, intercalating a BSc as part of her studies. After completing her GP training she became a GP principal, a position she held for 12 years alongside roles as a GP trainer, prescribing lead and child protection lead within her practice. Sarah also served on, and later chaired, fitness to practise panels for the GMC and MPTS for 10 years.
