You can pay online if there has been no change to the work details shown in your letter. If they have changed, phone our freephone membership helpline on 0800 716 376 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Failure to do so may affect your entitlement to the benefits of membership.
The payment reference can be found on any letter we have sent you including your renewal documents. It starts with 3 letters. The amount should be the total balance due.
