Can I appeal a GMC decision?

You can appeal against any fitness to practise panel decision that restricts or removes your registration. Appeals must be lodged within 28 days to the High Court in England and Wales (Court of Session in Scotland; High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland).

Speak to your MDU adviser and legal team about your options.
