Do I have a statutory duty of candour?

It applies to organisations rather than individual doctors, but individuals still have an ethical and professional duty to be honest and open with patients when something goes wrong. It is expected that an organisation's staff cooperate to ensure its obligations under the statutory duty of candour are met.
