To set up PRACTICECARE all of the practice GPs need to join the MDU (excluding GPSTs and locums).
Each practice will need to complete a PRACTICECARE application form for the practice as well as an application form for each GP. Nurses, nurse practitioners, phlebotomists, healthcare assistants and other practice staff do not need to complete an application form and you only need to tell us about changes to these roles each time you renew, one a year.
