FY2 Red Whale Knowledge offer

  1. As part of signing up for Red Whale Knowledge, you agree to the usual terms and conditions of FY2 membership. See here for more details.
  2. FY2 members will receive instructions on how to redeem your Red Whale benefits approximately 2 weeks after your membership is active.
  3. Any authentication credentials you receive from the MDU to sign up for Red Whale Knowledge are solely for your own personal use and must not be shared or used by anyone else.
  4. You may not share your authentication credentials with another individual.
  5. The content provided cannot be exchanged for money or any other products.
  6. Your authentication credentials will remain in place as long as you remain a member of the MDU and a FY2. Once you qualify your authentication credentials to Red Whale Knowledge will be revoked. 
  7. The MDU reserves the right to revoke your authentication credentials to Red Whale Knowledge for FY2 members.
  8. As part of signing up for Red Whale Knowledge, you allow the MDU to share your details with Red Whale. We may contact you to try and help you get the most from the learning offered within the Red Whale Knowledge package. 
  9. This offer is only available for FY2s in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
  10. The MDU reserves the right to withdraw the promotion without notice.

  12. The promoter of this offer is The Medical Defence Union Limited (MDU) of One Canada Square, London, United Kingdom, E14 5GS.
  13. Personal data supplied by you undertaking this offer will only be processed as set out in the MDU privacy policy. By proceeding with redeeming the offer, you are authorising Red Whale to share the details of your order with the MDU, so that they can confirm your eligibility to receive the offer.
  14. These terms and conditions and this offer are governed by English law. If users of this promotion with to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of the United Kingdom.
