Find out as much as you can about the case itself. Are you a witness in a case involving other individuals, or yourself, or are you giving evidence to the coroner/procurator fiscal at an inquest/FAI?
Get a copy of your report (if you have submitted one), the relevant clinical records, and any correspondence relating to the hearing and send this to us - without patient identifiers, unless we ask for them.
