These terms and conditions apply to the governmental priorities survey prize draw for MDU members.

  1. These terms and conditions relate to the governmental priorities prize draw for MDU members.
  2. A winner will be picked at random to win a £100 voucher for Amazon.co.uk or John Lewis.
  3. The prize draw is open to all MDU members.
  4. To enter the prize draw, enter your details in the survey between 8 May 2024 and 28 May 2024. No other forms of entry will be accepted.
  5. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules.
  6. Your personal information will be used to let you know if you are the prize draw winner.
  7. No purchase is necessary.
  8. The prize draw closes at midnight on 28 May 2024. Updates received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
  9. No responsibility will be accepted for any updates that have not been recorded.
  10. Only one entry per individual.
  11. The winner will be selected at random.
  12. The MDU will notify the winner by email within 30 days of the closing date and any unclaimed prizes will lapse if not claimed within two months.
  13. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The winner's surname may be published in any of the MDU's publications, on its website, social media pages or other media. With the winner's permission this may include a photograph. To object, email marketing@themdu.com at the time of entry.
  15. The name of the winner is available on request unless permission has been withheld.
  16. The MDU reserves the right to change the prize to something else of equivalent value. The prize is non-transferable and no cash will be awarded.
  17. The MDU reserves the right to withdraw the promotion without notice.
  18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  19. Amazon.co.uk and John Lewis are not participants or sponsors of this promotion.
