The promoter of this prize draw is MDU Services Limited (“MDU”) of One Canada Square, London, United Kingdom, E14 5GS.
Eligibility

The prize draw is only open to doctors based in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland who complete the “IMG Conference Ticket Giveaway” form (“the Form”) to indicate that they would like to be included in the prize draw.

The draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary but is subject to the above eligibility requirements.

All entries must be submitted via the Form and only one entry per completed survey per person is permitted.

The opening date for entries is 00:00 on 25 March 2026 and the closing date of the prize draw is 00:00 on 1 April 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

One winner will be chosen each month by random draw performed by a computer process within approximately 14 days of the closing date
Important information about the voucher

The winner will receive one complimentary ticket to Thrive in the UK: IMG conference on Thursday 30 April at the Midland Hotel, Manchester. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

The MDU reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the MDU’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 15 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond to the MDU within 15 days of being notified by the MDU, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the MDU will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize will be sent to the winner by email within approximately 30 days of response.

The decision of the MDU regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Data sharing and privacy

The MDU must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the MDU will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails marketing@themdu.com or writes to MDU Services Limited, Marketing Department, One Canada Square, London, E14 5GS enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the closing date stated in condition 5 above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the MDU at marketing@themdu.com. In such circumstances, the MDU must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Responses may be delayed if a winner has not responded within the agreed timescales.

Personal data supplied by you during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the MDU Privacy Policy (https://www.themdu.com/privacy). See also condition 12 above in relation to the announcement of the winner.
Other terms

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The MDU reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The MDU reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, with any updates taking immediate effect upon publication.

The MDU reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

In so far as is permitted by law, the MDU, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the MDU, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the Courts of England and Wales.
