Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions relate to the prize draw connected to this MDU Services Limited (MDU) survey designed to gain insight into what medical professionals are looking for from their medical defence organisation.
- The prize is one (1) £100 Amazon voucher.
- The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who complete the survey between 3rd and 31st October 2025 and indicate that they wish to be entered into the prize draw.
- Only one entry per individual is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint submissions will not be accepted.
- To enter the prize draw, participants must provide their details in the survey within the entry period specified above. No other forms of entry will be accepted. Responses received after 23:59 on 31st October 2025 will not be considered.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Entry into the prize draw constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
- The MDU will notify the winner by email within 30 days of the closing date. If the prize is not claimed within two months of notification, the winner will forfeit the prize and no alternative will be offered.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The MDU reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value at its discretion.
- The MDU accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, or any other reason.
- Your personal information will only be used to administer the prize draw and notify the winner, in accordance with the MDU’s Privacy Policy.
- The MDU’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The MDU reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for reasons outside its control.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Amazon is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
