Sustainability and climate change survey prize draw: terms and conditions

1. These terms and conditions relate to the prize draw for the MDU member survey on sustainability and climate change.
2. The prize draw is to win one £100 Love2Shop voucher.
3. The prize draw is open to all MDU members who participate in the survey.
4. To enter the prize draw, enter your details in the survey between 11 August 2025 - 30 September 2025. No other forms of entry will be accepted.
5. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules.
6. Your personal information will be used to let you know if you are one of the prize draw winners.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. The prize draw closes at midnight on 30 September 2025. Updates received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for any updates that have not been recorded.
10. Only one entry per individual.
11. The MDU will notify the winner by email within 30 days of the closing date and any unclaimed prize will lapse if not claimed within two months.
12. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The MDU reserves the right to change the prize to something else of equivalent value. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash will be awarded.
14. The MDU reserves the right to withdraw the promotion without notice.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16. Love2Shop is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion.
