Set up a GROUPCARE scheme

To set up a scheme, simply download and complete an application form to get your application underway. It's easy to apply. You just need half or more of the GPs (excluding locums, GPSTs and out-of-hours GPs) in your practice and a minimum two, either partners or salaried to be MDU members.
