Confidentiality: disclosure of children's records to parents

It's not uncommon to receive requests from parents for disclosure of medical records or other confidential information relating to their child.

This e-learning module takes you through a fictional scenario to demonstrate how to handle requests like this. It also covers how to redact third party information when disclosing children's records. You'll have the opportunity to test your knowledge as you work through the course.
